Helping people to find resources and achieve their goals is what empowers me to be a coach.  I am constantly amazed at the privilege of helping someone to unravel their thoughts and discover solutions that are right for them.

As a Powerchange Gold Coach I am a specialist in helping people of all ages transform their lives.

My own background is unusually varied.  I worked for 10 years in Brazil, first in community development in a tiny rural town in the Amazon basin and then as an educator, trainer and mentor in a major city in the south.  In the UK I have worked as a lecturer, trainer, course manager and mentor in tertiary education and most recently in secondary education as a teacher of philosophy at A level and GCSE.  I have undergraduate degrees in two subjects and training in pastoral support.  But my postrgraduate study in South America probably brought the greatest growth and change of all.

Someone once said: "Change is inevitable, except from a vending machine".   Whether you face it humourously or not, change is part of the way we all live.  Humour and change are my friends.   Whatever the change you face, or resources you seek, I can help you identify them, and manage them.
